Anne loves being creative in the kitchen, combining flavors, textures & colors, dressing all plates like small pieces of art.
We get our inspiration from magazines, Pinterest, visiting other restaurants, travelling, the occasional cooking book, friends and family. But most of all, Anne is inspired by what she grows in her garden.

Every morning you wake up with the smell of fresh coffee. French baguette, homemade bread, fresh fruit, cereals, oats, homemade jams from fruits of the gardens of la Balme, orange juice, homemade yoghurt, tea, cheese.
Let us surprise you with our daily cooked special: eggs, pancakes, croissant, French toast, ...
The dinner is specially adapted for sporters. You can be confident there will be enough with the right amounts of vegetables, proteins and carbs, everything your body needs to properly refuel and prepare for another active day in the mountains.
We can easily adept our menu according to your dietary requirements: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, or any other special needs.
